Welcome to Foundleap. By visiting this website, joining our waitlist, submitting a contact form, or purchasing any digital products through our Gumroad store, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't make sense, reach out — we'd rather explain it than have you confused.

These Terms apply to foundleap.com and all associated pages, including our digital product store and any future app access.

1. Who We Are

Foundleap is a product built to guide first-time founders from idea to traction. It is owned and operated by EightWave Lab LLC, based in New York, USA.

2. The Waitlist

Joining the Foundleap waitlist means you're expressing interest in early access to the platform. By joining, you agree to receive occasional updates about Foundleap's launch and Founding Member opportunities. We don't spam. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing. Founding Member rates are offered at our discretion and limited to available spots.

3. Digital Products (Gumroad)

Foundleap sells digital products — including Notion templates and PDF guides — through our Gumroad store at foundleap.gumroad.com.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:

All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds unless the file is defective or inaccessible. If you have a problem with your purchase, email us and we'll make it right.

Personal use only. Templates and guides are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our products as your own.

No warranties. Our templates are designed to be useful, but we can't guarantee specific results from using them. They're tools — what you build with them is up to you.

4. The App (Coming Soon)

Foundleap's web application is currently in development and not yet publicly available. When the app launches, additional terms governing user accounts, subscription tiers, billing, and cancellation will be added here and communicated clearly before you're asked to agree to anything.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — copy, design, brand assets, the Foundleap name, and all digital products — belongs to Foundleap. You're welcome to share and reference our content with proper attribution, but please don't copy or reproduce it without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Foundleap provides guidance, tools, and resources for founders — but we are not a legal, financial, or business advisory service. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that matter.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundleap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a digital product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

This site links to external platforms including Gumroad, Framer, and our Facebook community (Women Who Leap). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms. Use them according to their own terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Foundleap grows — especially when the app and paid tiers launch. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are significant, we'll let waitlist members know.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
